All travel products — including hotel stays, vacation packages, show or attraction tickets, rental cars, and other experiences — are non-refundable. “Non-refundable” means we cannot issue a monetary refund, except in limited circumstances noted below. In some cases, you may be eligible for an eCredit toward future travel (see the eCredit section below).

We understand that extraordinary events can impact your ability to travel. Refunds or eCredits may be granted in the following cases:
If you cancel a hotel reservation, we may issue you an eCredit equal to the value of your booking (minus any applicable fees). eCredits can be used toward future hotel reservations on our website.
If you need to change your travel dates or request an eCredit, please contact us before your scheduled check-in date to start the process.
