Refund Policy

All travel products — including hotel stays, vacation packages, show or attraction tickets, rental cars, and other experiences — are non-refundable. “Non-refundable” means we cannot issue a monetary refund, except in limited circumstances noted below. In some cases, you may be eligible for an eCredit toward future travel (see the eCredit section below).

Before you buy, please review our Refund Policy, which appears in the “Fine Print” section of each product listing and in the footer of our website. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these terms. In certain cases, you may be asked to provide a digital acknowledgment of this agreement, and you may request a copy at any time.

When Refunds Are Not Available

To ensure fairness and consistency, we do not make exceptions for the following situations:

  • Unexpected illness or injury (including COVID-19)
  • Jury duty or court appearances
  • Military or service obligations
  • Travel advisories or common seasonal weather events (e.g., hurricanes, winter storms)
  • Flight, rental car, or other transportation cancellations
  • Lost, expired, or invalid travel identification or documents
  • Personal or financial circumstances

When Exceptions May Apply

We understand that extraordinary events can impact your ability to travel. Refunds or eCredits may be granted in the following cases:

  • Government changes to visa or passport requirements that prevent travel (not including lost or expired documents)
  • Declared local, national, or global emergencies
  • Acts of war, terrorism, rebellion, or other large-scale civil unrest
  • Major natural disasters or events beyond human control (“Acts of God”), such as tsunamis or infrastructure-wide outages. This does not include seasonal or expected weather patterns.

eCredits

If you cancel a hotel reservation, we may issue you an eCredit equal to the value of your booking (minus any applicable fees). eCredits can be used toward future hotel reservations on our website.

If you need to change your travel dates or request an eCredit, please contact us before your scheduled check-in date to start the process.
